  • One Shot Growth was founded by Daniel Radabaugh and Derek Boyd. They watched too many people, including themselves, run hard on one track and break on the other. Left service, rebuilt from zero, and watched non-veterans hit the exact same wall. Different uniform. Same patterns. Same cost.

  • Forty-plus years of combined experience across the energy sector and military service. Veteran-owned.

  • That rate is locked for the life of your continuous membership. When the founding cohort fills, standard pricing is set higher and the founding rate closes. The cap is real. That is the whole point.

The structure is simple. The expectations are clear. If you are serious about building on both tracks, here is how the membership operates.

How much time does this take each week?

  • Plan on 30 to 60 minutes a week to get full value. The weekly drop is 10 to 15 minutes. The community and the monthly working session are where compounding happens.

Do I have to show up live to the monthly session?

  • No. Every session is recorded and lives in the library. Show up live when you can. Catch the replay when you cannot.

Who is this not for?

  • Yes. Cancel anytime, no friction. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the current public price.

Is this coaching?

  • No. OSG AXIS is a membership and a working community. One on one coaching and consulting are separate One Shot Growth engagements. Members get first access and member pricing when those open.

How does the entry process work?

  • Fill out a short form. It opens a calendar link for a ten-minute call. We walk into that call with your answers already in front of us, get to know you, and if it is a fit, we hand you the link to join. No pressure. If it is not the right room for you right now, we will tell you that too.

Who is this not for?

  • People who want passive content to consume without contributing. People looking for motivation and quick fixes rather than a working framework. People who are not actually building anything and are not ready to. This room has a self-starter piece to it. We stay consistently engaged. The effort runs both ways.
